Perched on a breathtaking clifftop, our charming 4-bedroom, 2-bath chalet-style home offers stunning sea views and a touch of local heritage. Located in a peaceful residential area, this detached property provides the perfect serene escape for families and groups.

Each room uniquely celebrates the Isle of Sheppey’s rich maritime and aviation history with delightful themes of boats, planes, birds, and vintage beach huts. Enjoy the convenience of a modern, well-equipped kitchen and stylish living areas designed for comfort and relaxation. The outdoor deck invites you to soak in the expansive sea vistas and coastal beauty.

The home features three king-size beds and one twin room, with flexible sleeping arrangements to suit your group’s needs. The Beach Hut Room’s king bed can also convert into twins. For accessibility, the ground floor includes the Plane and Boat themed rooms, equipped with an accessible wet room. The Plane Room offers plenty of space for wheelchair access and a Hypnos mattress for an extra comfortable night’s sleep.

Upstairs, the Bird and Beach Hut Rooms boast sea views and access to a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate bath. An outdoor hot tap is available for cleaning off your pets after a fun day on the beach, ensuring they too enjoy a comfortable stay.

Parking is easy with space for two cars on the driveway, and for those traveling with infants, two high chairs, a travel cot (with sheet), and a changing mat are provided.

Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

You will also be given the choice between a security deposit of £500 (with service fee of £10) or a non-refundable damage waiver of £30 which offers protection up to £500.

If you need a little extra time, we do provide early check-ins and late check-outs, though these are based on availability and come with a small fee of £10 per hour. If you check out after the check out time, there is a fee of £50.
